159th_Viper Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 Did you highlight the relevant axis box in your options screen and clear it? Did you then click 'add' and move your collective on the X52 fully forwards and fully backwards and again and it failed to register? 1 Novice or Veteran looking for an alternative MP career? HawgTooth Posted August 24, 2014 Author Posted August 24, 2014 hey ...thanks for the quick response ... ! yup i tried that .. it has it set to page up and page down by default ... and it does not show that it is actually assigned to the slider ... from what i understand it is set to that by default but i don't see it there anywhere in the controls menu. :( 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Cibit Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 (edited) When I did this I merely deleted the slider and added the collective to the actual throttle. Go to Mi-8 Sim when your in options then axis assign key and move slider. If this does not work deleted user input file and start from scratch:) make sure the game see's your controller Edited August 24, 2014 by Cibit 1 i5 8600k@5.2Ghz, Asus Prime A Z370, 32Gb DDR4 3000, GTX1080 SC, Oculus Rift CV1, Modded TM Warthog Modded X52 Collective, Jetseat, W10 Pro 64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Adding JTAC Guide //My Vid's//229th AHB

anlq Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 Anyone has a good advise for Mi8 control sensitivity configuration ? Im using 52pro and sometimes it is very hard to control collective stick, especially during lift off. The copter swings too much and instable.
HawgTooth Posted September 6, 2014 Author Posted September 6, 2014 I think it may be just that the corrections you are making need to be smaller .. i had the same issue but only because i was not used to just how little you actually need to move the stick around but im still new at this and could be way off :D [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Cibit Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Anyone has a good advise for Mi8 control sensitivity configuration ? Im using 52pro and sometimes it is very hard to control collective stick, especially during lift off. The copter swings too much and instable. Try adding a curve in the axis tune window. Maybe try 15-20 first see if it helps:) i5 8600k@5.2Ghz, Asus Prime A Z370, 32Gb DDR4 3000, GTX1080 SC, Oculus Rift CV1, Modded TM Warthog Modded X52 Collective, Jetseat, W10 Pro 64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Adding JTAC Guide //My Vid's//229th AHB
