Continuation of part 1

And a bit of a clumsy landing because of the lack of control surfaces

21.jpg

..a bit to the other side..

22.jpg

...a wing strike..

23.jpg

..I bounced back up with little runway to spare at 521km/h

24.jpg

I attempted another landing but I had way too much lift, so I slammed on the throttle and took her back up for another go

25.jpg

I think that Uzi 1-1 callsign could reasonably be changed to Ghostrider by now

26.jpg

next up; A LOT of struggle to keep the plane airborne and to safely turn it around

27.jpg

Having lost a lot of speed and altitude during the turn, I decided to go straight for the runway without making a traffic pattern.

28.jpg

This time I had even less wing surface to operate with, which I was unaware of at the time being, therefore I tried to come in as slow as I could to still generate lift. 450km/h was already too slow and the airplane banked to the left, steering out of control.

29.jpg

Did my best to try to save it, convinced that I can land it!... ...but failed and didn't even eject

30.jpg

a split second later

31.jpg

all that was left was a cloud of smoke and a some debree

32.jpg

Now that we've taken a look into the story of Uzi 1-1, which lasted for only 18 minutes, let's see what happened to the Ruskie I engaged.

He dropped chaff and proceeded with Russian top secret evasive maneuvres

33.jpg

I am unsure whether this was a tail strike or my missile impact into the ground right behind him, but in any case it set his right engine on fire.

34.jpg

Quite an afterburner eh?

35.jpg

Well unfortunately the airplane survived the impact, and here it's on the final approach with a great ball of fire in the background, that being my F15 approaching a nearby airfield.

36.jpg

The commie magnificently set down the burning airplane with a pleasant sight of a capitalist swine's aircraft burning up in the distance.

37.jpg

Just a few more bonus pictures:

Definetly an unpleasant picture to take!

99.jpg

If the Israelis can do it, so can I!* Or maybe not quite as well...

98.jpg

After the wing strike on the attempted landing. Not much surface to fly on remains.

97.jpg

THE END

*A reference to the Israeli F15E that landed safely on one wing.
