Run a repair on DCS World and see if that fixes anything.

Start Menu>Programs>Eagle Dynamics>DCS World>Repair DCS World.

Be sure to test if it does this on every mission, and if it does, if there is any graphics related error appearing in your DCS.log.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
