Since yesterday I try to download my pre-purchased Kurfurst.

I can't access any DCS webpage. It's loading forever without error message.

The forums work for me.

 

I tried to log into DCS module manager and my login failes too there.

I cant access pw reset page for the game itself.

 

It's been several weeks since I logged in the last time and during that period I received a lot of unrequested pw reset mails. As I found serverl topics about that here I didnt care.

 

What could be the reason? Looks like there are no webpage issues for the community

Great, still no answer - still the same problem.

Open command prompt, type "tracert digitalcombatsimulator.com" without the parenthesis. Make a screenshot of the command prompt when the command has finished the traceroute and attach it to a post.

No, it takes about 30sec

Sorry, I should have updated my problem.

The real problem now is, that I dont see any servers in MP.

(The problem also persists since a longer time).

I can connect to Masterserver (suspicious long connection time too) but there arent any Servers.

I first thought I did also mention it in inital post

I had the same behaviour at the weekend (pre 1.2.16).

Strange is the coincidence of very slow DCS Website (this Forum runs normally), very slow MP login + no servers in MP list.

I can play every other game without problem and open every other website without problems.

However, without being able to join MP I can't use my DCS products at all because I want to learn stuff online with friends

I found "a workaround" (just for getting closer to the solution).

When using a free VPN Service I get superfast masterserver-connection and a nice serverlist. Joining a game is also no problem. Even the DCS Website runs really fast.

 

However, this can't be a solution for playing. Does this info help finding a proper solution?

My guess would be that there's something wrong with either your router settings, your firewall or your antivirus.

 

I don't have a concrete idea right now, so please contact official support.

 

PS: It would have been nice if you had been a little more upfront with what exactly isn't working. Everything i let you try was made obsolete by the information in post #9.

Sorry for the confusion but I really thought there has been both aspects in my initial post back then. I also read about many similar problems yesterday before posting in my old thread again.

 

However, I dont run antivirus software on my gaming pc and I already checked and disabled the windows firewall.

 

I didnt feel like opening a tickst would help because my last tickets on the FC and DCS had been ignored for months. I once wasnt able to access all my bought products until I found out myself that my accounts had been merged

Hrm, router settings ... could be trying a different DNS server be worth a try?

Yes Flagrum, thats why I asked for the router passwort of the other family in our house. We are using the same connection. I think I will get it and give it a try.

 

I also opened a ticket.

Router:

Forwarded 10308-10309 to my IP - both TCP and UDP

Entered manual DNS Settings (google DNS 8.8.8.8 )

 

Still I dont get any servers, login to masterserver takes very long and loading DCS website takes ages. => Nothing has changed.

 

Brand new Warthog and lots of DCS Module and no chance to get online :(

 

What do I need to change if tunnel would work?

Update: Even my mobile takes longer to load the website when in WLAN at home than the slower mobile connection itself. So it must me Router or ISP. But what can be done there?

Soft resets didnt help.

I cant do hardware resets because the router is not in my flat. The problem is also way too old to be solved by a reset.

This really sucks :(

I finally got it to work:

Looks like the router's software was damaged. Installed another firmware and it works now
