According to the manual:

"In case of radiator damage, each radiator can be individually disconnected from the Coolant System via the Manual Coolant Valve Control levers located on corresponding sides of the cockpit."

Can anyone explain what this does or when I would choose to pull either of these and what happens when I do?

I don't think I've ever pulled the level on the left side but if you close the radiator on the right its pretty much going to kill your engine within a minute. I have however been using the right hand side radiator by setting it to open to slow the plane down and keep it cool in tight dogfights. Just remember to put it back in auto when your not using it.

i assume you would do that in case of damage, i.e. being shot at and have a leaking radiator...you pull the handle, and the cooling would then only function over the remaining radiator...if thats implemented already, i dont know.havent tried yet.

You'd probably need to have some kind of visual cue and be pretty damn quick on closing off the damaged portion. The K-4 goes from normal temps to dead in almost no time at all.

Yeah. On the servers with cockpit only view that would be hard to see, by the time you or someone on your team noticed it you would have no cooling liquid left :). But is radiator leak even implemented?

I think you are thinking of the wrong lever. The one you are referring to is basically a four position switch and it affect both water rads under both wings. I'm referring to the two red levers: one on the left and the other is on the right.

Indeed. Not sure if radiator leaking is implemented yet but at least cut-off handle works already. It is possible to fly using only one radiator, just don't use full throttle and remember open the rads. Temp will stay on limits then.
