sniperwolfpk5 Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 I tried to search it in DCS World\Mods\aircraft\Ka-50 but there is no view.lua also seached in My user account folder \Saved Games\DCS\Config. Then seached for view.lua in ka-50 folder but no success. Can any body show me the path where to find view.lua or possible send me one. Thx in advance Win10, Intel 3rd Gen. DieHard Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 (edited) \DCS World\Config\View\View.lua from this Google search: DCS+Ka-50+view.lua https://www.google.com/search?q=DCS%2BKa-50%2Bview.lua&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 Snap-views per specific aircraft and changeable: ============================== \Users\(your username)\Saved Games\DCS\Config\View\SnapViews.lua under Scripts, but not specifically for the Ka-50: ============================== \DCS World\Scripts\Input\View.lua Maybe do a repair if you do not have these. I went to Windows Explorer under OS © at DCS World and searched its directory for View.lua Edited February 13, 2015 by DieHard 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

I found \DCS World\Scripts\Input\View.lua but I think it has general settings for some of ED modules or may be default for some modules. I want to change the boundary of 6Dof for ka-50 as i did for huey and Mi-8. Win10, Intel 3rd Gen. zaelu Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 (edited) You need to copy from DCS World main folder\Config\View the server.lua and snapviewsdefault.lua to Your User Folder\Saved games\DCS\Config\View the rename the "snapviewsdefault.lua to snapviews.lua then... you can open those files in notepad++ and edit the Ka-50 corresponding sections. What you see in newer modules as view.lua you find there only broke into two parts... one in server.lua and one in snapviews.lua also make sure in DCS Wolrd... Options... Misc. you need to tick the box of "User Snap-View Saving" so the snapview.lua file from user folder will be prevalent instead of snapviewsdefault.lua from config\view from main DCS folder.
