IvanK Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 On Take off with Prop in manual 12:30. After airborne the system goes into AUTO of its own accord .... Why ? I believe Pilot action is required to get it into AUTO by way of the AUTO/Manual switch
9.JG27 DavidRed Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 yes, pilot action is required to switch between the two modes... i am sorry i cant tell you anymore what exactly the issue is you are having, but i am 100% sure it is a double mapping in your controls...there is something mapped by default in the 109 options which made me have the same problem the first few days with that module, until i figured out what the double assignment was...sorry but meanwhile i forgot it.
Anatoli-Kagari9 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 I actually started using only AUTO mode for any situation - it's the better way to go IMO, and you can't kill the engine ( which happens all of a sudden always in DCS ) if you forget to switch right after takeoff... Flight Simulation is the Virtual Materialization of a Dream...
Oesau Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Hi IvanK - just tested and don't get the behaviour you have reported - as 9./JG27 DavidRed mentioned, you probably have a double mapping.
