Cannot find Mi-8 skins/repaints

I have downloaded what I think are skins for the Mi-8MTV2 from DCS World's User Files, but when I put them into ..\DCS World\Bazar\Liveries\Mi-8MTV2\ they don't show up in the Mission Editor.

The only Mission Editor Paint Scheme option I see is "Georgian Standard."

 

Am I missing something?

a) The correct directory name is \mi-8mt\. Did You just mistype it above or did You create the wrong one? If it's the first option, then...

b) Some skins work only with certain countries selected in mission editor (You can investigate it by checking "countries" section in description.lua file of each skin).

If I browse to \mi-8mt\ it shows a total of 40 different repaint folders (Abkhazia, Australia, Belgium...), so maybe it's a country thing? I'll keep working at it.

When You download custom skin, its author rarely provides info which "countries" in the mission editor it will work with. Some work with all of them, the others do not. Checking the description.lua should give You some insight.

Also, check there aren't nested folders. You should have all the files in the top level folder within the Mi-8MTV folder.

Okay, I see them now in the Mission Editor. It does seem to be a country thing (I think). Maybe I just didn't know what I was doing.
