Are any of the functions controlled by the Castle Switch actually modeled in the sim? From what I can find on the net...the answer is no. However, I can only find info for the F-15E which has more displays and modes.

AFAIK there are no such functions available in the sim.

It's probably used to cycle pages on the MFD and choose SOI for cursor control, much like the F-15E.

if anyone knows of where to get the HOTAS functions for the F-15C (post-stick grip update), please share

I'm wondering the same thing because I would like to program my Suncom Talon and SFS throttle just like how the real bird in DCS

yeah, no - that's the "old" version of the HOTAS

the new stick in the "C" is the same as the stick in the "E" (has a castle switch)

seems to be very elusive..

Just go with the one Ktulu2 posted and map TWS and whatever seems practical to the castle switch.

Works fine for my TM WH.

I hear you and as I said, You can start with the old stick layout and build from there. The only difference regarding number of buttons is that the new stick has a castle switch and physically the trim has been moved right to give room for the castle because it's probably used more IRL than the trim.

I would expect the rest of the buttons to perform somewhat similar on both sticks.

EDIT: Found this for you.
