I've done some searching on this issue, but I haven't found a solution.

Usually what happens is in the middle of a multiplayer session (lots of times in the middle of a dogfight) the sim will freeze until I start task manager. after starting task manager i get a "DCS.exe has stopped working" message, and have to "click to terminate the program."

it doesnt seem to occur at any particular time which is what's kindof confusing. could this be a ping issue?

i'm attaching my latest crash logs in case that will help.

thanks, guys.

I was having a lot of freeze/crash trouble with DCS and EVGA sent me a Display Driver Uninstaller utility to completely uninstall any drivers in my system. That seems to have helped a lot.

Also my PC maker got on my system and removed a lot of malware and junk.

Thanks for the reply! ill keep that in mind. i'd rather not remove the GPU drivers if i dont absolutely have to. maybe i'll save that for a last resort.

Update:

The problem doesn't seem to be only limited to multiplayer sessions as I previously thought. have some more details here.

this is the info i got from the "problem details" window after a crash while trying to fly a single player mission in the UH-1.

thanks for the advice. ran a repair yesterday, and am still having the same issue. I'm pretty sure it was successful but I'll try again.

i've opened a support ticket for this issue. ED support doesn't seem to be able to help much other than telling me that they think it's a video driver issue. anyone have any other advice? i've run the vcredist_x64 repair that comes with DCS World, reinstalled directx... just reinstalled the entire game as well with no luck.
