OK so, I just had an epic SU27 v 3 F18s guns only dogfight, and I want to vidcap the track to send to my friends....only....

When I play the track, I'M still doing everything I did, I'm on rails....but the enemy planes aren't. So like, even though I died in the actual fight by colliding with the last F18 cuz we got too close, in the track I end up getting shot down after a short while, and it ends up looking like I'm shooting at nothing, because the F18s are actually flying around, not following a recording, so they aren't where they're supposed to be....I'm super upset, because this is one of the best fights I've had and I'm gonna be SO ripshit if I can't vidcap it....

Anyone else have this issue?

Addendum: Yes this has happened before, but not ALWAYS, and I can't tell what the trigger/catalyst is for the bogeys going off rails in the track....and starting the track over doesn't fix it (I had thought it was because I was changing views during the recording, but apparently not because it happens even when I just let it run and touch absolutely nothing)

Tracks in DCS are not recordings but just mission files, played again with saved player's and AI's input overlaid on top. And since running the simulation again with perfect bit-to-bit accuracy is not possible, they always play a bit different.

The more units involved, the longer the mission, the more variable combat - the less accurate the replay is. And, as mentioned above, using any time acceleration makes things even worse.
