Captain Orso Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Pressing <LShift> + R (per default activates the Test of the AN/APS-13 Rear Warning Radar) the mission restarts. I couldn't find this setting in the controls settings, so I remapped the RWR Test to <LCtrl>+<LAlt>+R. The question is, is there any way to remap <LShift>+R to something else, or is it hard-coded? When you hit the wrong button on take-off System Specs. kontiuka Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 It's a well known bug for all DCS modules and has been reported.
Yurgon Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Just to be sure I just tried to clear the binding under "Contols" -> "General" -> "Restart Mission", but when I then tried to release the Rotor Brake in the Ka-50 via LSHF + r, the mission restarted anyway. Apparently the only workaround is to remap whatever a module has mapped to LSHF + r to something different.

Thanks guys  The "Contols" -> "General" -> "Restart Mission" setting seems to have been removed from the settings because of the bug, so I remapped to <LCtrl>-<LAlt>+R. The funny thing is, I can see that the switch is being activated when I press <LCtrl>-<LAlt>+R, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Same thing if I activate the switch with the mouse.
