Panthir Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 (edited) Guys, I assess that all of you, flying SUs, will have to already noticed that RWR is placed in a wrong place. Why not to change its position. We can move it to the upper left corner of the cockpit. At this point there are some useless buttons and switches. Anyone that can do it? I am sure that it will be an excellent upgrade for SU users. Kelevra9987 Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 As in the Pictures above I don't think they are wrong placed. And for the matter of "useless Buttons" all of the Buttons in FC3 are kinda "useless" because you can't click them. Non the less it's a high fidelity build Cockpit with the Buttons, Switches, Gauges and System at that place where it'll be in the real Aircraft. So nothing wrong here. Panthir Posted July 14, 2015 Author Posted July 14, 2015 Dear friends, I apologize. Indeed the current RWR position is the original one. By mentioning "wrong place", I would prefered it on the upper left corner of front panel, in order to ce able to have simultaneously in sight Hud, rwr and mfd, whithout any need to glance down or zoom out. More or less a similar position as f15c rwr is. Xeno426 Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 It won't be moved unless the actual aircraft has the display there. This is a sim, so people value accurate representations of the source material, so I doubt you will find anyone willing to do the necessary modeling work to change anything.
1.JaVA_Platypus Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Why does the fancy russian jets have the SPO-15 RWR with a MiG-21 symbol in it and the MiG-21 itself got the next to useless SPO-10? ;) Happy Flying! :pilotfly:

The state of their RWR display is a pretty visual indicator of this.
