sjhenion Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 I love this aircraft and it would be my favorite, however just after take off or in flight shortly thereafter if I try to make a moderate but quick pull back on the stick to do a an aggressive climb-out /pitch up attitude I get a brief pause/stutter, which is a downer for immersion. Once in flight for several minutes it seems to improve when I try aggressive climb/pitch up changes again. I have several high end DCS planes and this is the only mod where this happens. I'm hoping that future updates and or the new DCS version will cure this? I am surprised that I have not seen anyone else post this same issue?
JuanOscar Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Hi, we didn't experience that issue ir our test. Maybe you could try to bring more info about this problem. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
sjhenion Posted August 8, 2015 Author Posted August 8, 2015 Hello For example when taking off from Batumi I will hold aircfraft low over runway after takeoff towards the ocean, allow some speed to build and as I pull back quickly for a 20-30 degree climb-out the sim will stutter/stop/pause for a millisecond. If I do a normal very deliberate, slow 5-10 degree climb after take off it is fine. I have had this same pause occasionally when turning while taxing on runway. I think this issue tends to occur when near or at airports, but Im not sure? It will also happen in flight if I attempt a quick, but somewhat moderate performance climb from level flight. My DCS settings are pretty low for better performance and it doesn't happen with other aircraft. I hope this info helps? Any ideas? Thanks
Fionn Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Hi, I get this happening when the plane is stalling. Climb vertical apply rudder at apex and the plane just judders. I can replicate it every time.
Vibora Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Hi Fionn. That's a limitation of SFM. It will be solved with AFM. Roberto "Vibora" Seoane Alas Rojas [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
