Auto update not working

The new 1.5 beta update doesn't load after I launch the updater.

It just jumps right into the game/GUI.

Mine does that too.

pen command prompt to the patch it is installed (folder with DCS_Updater.exe in it) in and type

"DCS_updater.exe update" without the quotes and it will update.

its 'manual' update, from a Windows 'Command Prompt' MSDOS box

 

start

Windows Accessories System 'Command Prompt'

this is a dos box

 

type

"c:\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe update" (notice the argument 'update')

 

check your own install path, f.i. you have a DCS World-openbeta\bin path it would make:

"c:\DCS World-openbeta\bin\DCS_updater.exe update"

 

DCS will find the update for you now
