Neutral airports don't offer repair & rearming services. However, please, with the amount of reports in this bugs and problems forum, please be respectful of other here and and make an effort for the post to be more informative. Also please check that you know what are you doing before asking questions like "is it broken", as that ain't helpful at all. Thanks!
