cuervo111 Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 (edited) When entering the runway with the F15 sometimes the plane starts to shake violently even if I am still. This does not happen in the taxiway, and stops once I gain some velocity during the takeoff run. This has happened in Vaziani, several times, but not everytime. Again, I don't know if it happens in other runways or with other planes, sorry. ED Team BIGNEWY Posted October 20, 2015 ED Team Posted October 20, 2015 Hi cuervo111, do you have a track file showing this issue? A guide to posting bugs and how to attach stuff to forum posts can be found in my signature. Thanks Forum rules - DCS Crashing? cuervo111 Posted October 20, 2015 Author Posted October 20, 2015 Thanks for your answer BIGNEWY. Unfortunately that's quite difficult, given the problem with the tracks... Anyway I'll pay attention and if it happens I'll try to get a track. DCS Rosetta, my automatic DCS mission and campaign translator: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=233877
ED Team BIGNEWY Posted October 20, 2015 ED Team Posted October 20, 2015 Thanks, yes the track replay can be difficult sometimes, shorter tracks do play better and can often show us what we need to see, or at least the scenario of the bug / issue. Stacker Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 (edited) Hi cuervo111/bignewy, Don't want to hijack your thread but the attached tracks/miz show the problem. I think I've seen this reported elsewhere and I think it's to do with having a cross wind. If you modify the miz and just put a wind component in you'll see the cockpit start to shake - without the wind the cockpit is stable. Again, I think I saw this somewhere else. Cheers. UPDATE: FYI - recorded without TrackIR running.ShakeTest.zip Edited October 20, 2015 by Stacker i7-4790K@4.7GHz : EVGA 1070 SC : 16GB Corsair Vengence Pro : 2xEVO 840 SSD : EVGA 850W PSU : CORSAIR H100i Cooler : ASUS Z97-AR MB : CORSAIR OBSIDIAN 750D FULL TOWER
