[REPORTED]RTB Radio Message - Continuous Loop

Not sure if this one was reported but after the third hotfix, whenever an allied flight is returning to base, their radio message continues constantly. Like "Pontiac flight is RTB" over and over again on a loop. All other radio chatter seems fine - just the RTB messages get jammed. Anyone else experiencing this?
