Yea, the manual covers specific settings for dive angle and how to dial in the sight. (The sight isn't set to your dive angle, since it goes up to 15 and a dive angle above 90 makes no sense)

 

I've been practicing on my own little mission to get the rockets lined up properly and it's challenging but rewarding, especially given the very limited armament.
