Lt_Maverick Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 Are you using track IR? Lt_Maverick Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 If so you have to switch the axis commands in the control set-up. Change the mode from whatever the default is for looking in to the zoom option and switch "TRACKIR_Z" to control "zoom View". If you're using another key to zoom, apply that to the zoom. Basically, use whichever plane works the way you want it to, e.g. 25t and replicate its view axis set-up in the Mig. MikronPL Posted November 12, 2015 Author Posted November 12, 2015 Yes, I have freetrack and set "zoom View" in axis (slider in throttle Warthog) and two sticks. Never such a problem did not exist in the previous version 1.2. but thanks for solution.

holimoli Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 (edited) in the F15 its even worse. And this is smthing since 1.5. It doesn't matter what I use. I do this. Go forward in the cockpit with (rshift+rctrl+*) then I zoom in (* or "Zoom View" or "Mouse Zoom View") and i go back in the cockpit (rshift+rctrl+/). If i do it the opposite way my HUD gets smaller. edit/update: I even deleted the freetrack files and did it with out freetrack. It's the same Edited November 12, 2015 by holimoli update [100☭] holimoli #13, 100-й КИАП

Kuky Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 This is not a bug, The HUD is being projected into "infinity" and does not change in size when you move forward (not zoom in, but actually lean in towards HUD). ebabil Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 You have to reconfigure the axes. my axes are like in the picture. but i don't want to use track ir for zoom. what should i do? This is not a bug, The HUD is being projected into "infinity" and does not change in size when you move forward (not zoom in, but actually lean in towards HUD). if it is not a bug, i want my old buggy hud. Kuky Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Sorry but you won't get your buggy HUD back because this is correct modeling of the HUD for a 3D cockpit the MiG-29 got recently. What you can do is just stop setting TrackIR axis to lean forward and use it for zoom instead.
