ka-50 SPU-9 PTT HOTAS

Not able to assign this action to any of my HOTAS Buttons.

"SPU-9 PTT" entry in the controls list is blank/disabled.

Works fine for me, that field isn't disabled.

 

Are you running any input mods?

 

You could also try making DCS rebuild your input diff files by either renaming or deleting the following folder:

C:\Users\{username}\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config\Input\ka-50

Normally, when you can't set a button it's due to a problem with the modules' files.

If you go to here:

...\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\Ka-50\Input\ka-50\joystick\default.lua

You should see the following on line 286:

{down = iCommandPlane_SPU9_PTT_on, up = iCommandPlane_SPU9_PTT_off, name = _('SPU-9 PTT'), category = _('Ins Cyclic Stick')},

If you can't find that anywhere, then chances are you've done something to break the mod's input file (which you shouldn't normally edit)

Thank you very much, after the last patch the file was broken and lost all me assignments. I restored it from a old file.

For some reason this line was missing. I added this line in my lua file, Works now. Big thx :thumbup:

This button is truly usefull??

I mean, it actually open the radio channel in game?

If I turn on the ADF switch the HSI RMI arrow turn to point the mate's helicopter with radio channel open??
