Dr_Arrow Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 It seems that the landing light in my L-39C has narrower beam, however it is as long as taxi lights. Landing light should have much longer beam. The problem is illustrated in following screenshots: Taxi light, wide light beam: Landing narrow light beam is too short:
Mrgud Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Can anyone please tell me which keyboard commands are for regulating taxi/landing lights? I tried to find them in Control Assign options but with no success. Just started to learn L-39 and would like to map those commands in my hotas profile. Thanks!

GeorgeLKMT Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 Tested in 1.5.6.3930.271, still present. Landing light has less coverage than the taxi light. Should be the other way around, with landing light being the brightest. ■ L-39C/ZA Czech cockpit mod ■ My DCS skins ■
JG14_Smil Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 Hello, Landing light is also near useless (facetious alert). Landing in the dark stays dark until practically on the ground. The light would be a bit more useful if aimed higher.
L-39beeratros Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 I just fly with landing/taxi lights off at night, because they're unrealistically bright, and the pattern and color are wrong too. This video clearly shows a giant difference between reality and dcs right now 3:00 - 3:10 = taxi lights, 3:10 - end = landing lights
