SU-27T - Can't start engines following .107 update

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

It was great to see new release notes and a new update today. TYVM ED. I fired up the SU25T training mission #1 to do some testing. Sadly, however, I can't manually start the engines when told to do so, even when pressing the correct buttons like instructed. The engines just won't fire up. I created a mission as well with the SU-25T for takeoff cold from the ramp and no joy there, either. It's not a big deal, but it's worth reporting for posterity.

This problem still exists. No matter what I do, the engines in the SU25T will not start. The green lights on the panel flash very briefly but the engines do not come up.

NB: The title of the tread is in error. Please correct if possible.

It's not a game issue.

Look at your throtle... it's not in the "0%" position, it looks like you have set it 10% or something like that...

You will not be able to start engines if the throtle is in a position greater than 0%.

Check the calibratiion of your joystick (throtle axis) in the device manager.

By the way;

Derek, what's wrong with your headtracker? You're closing to the gauges but there's huge space between you and them, but HUD box is almost touching your forehead. :)

Is that your setting?

I'm using the Oculus so the FOV on the screen will be wonky compared with what I am actually seeing in the cockpit with the visor. Believe me, it's perfect there ;)
