Need help understanding Bonus system

Hello, before I make a new purchase, I'd like to understand whats happening.

 

I'm looking at purchasing the new bundle on special right now. Here is the quote from the news letter:

 

Weekend Sale

This weekend’s sale will begin on Friday, December 4th at 1500 GMT and last until Monday, December 7th at 0900 GMT. For some great Nevada map action, an F-15C, Su-27, A-10A and Su-25 bundle will take 40% off the price of each individual module, plus you can take off an additional 30% using bonus points. This can provide you a 70% savings!

 

I've added the Special to my cart, but my checkout screen shows no difference in price even though there is a 20% bonus. Would I end up paying the $23.99 price if I complete the sale as it shows? The sale is for $23.99 and the news letter says that I can apply my bonus points to it, currently I have 20% worth, but the checkout price does not change.

 

I've attached screenshots of the special sale price and the checkout screen as I see it.

 

Just want to understand how this works. Thanks for the help.

There is a check button to use internal account to pay....tick it.

Still don't see it. Here is the cart page (when I first add the bundle to my cart) and the page I see after I complete the order from the screenshot I posted in my previous reply.

 

In the order I see the pages: Cart, Complete Order, Sage Pay - Payment Selection

 

No options for bonus system on any of them.

It should be on the screenshot in post #3, just under "select location", but in your case, it's not there. I don't know why. Perhaps you forgot to log in to you account?

Look for "Internal account balance" under the header "Payment system". Of course you will have to be logged in to see it. Even if a module isn't included in the bonus system you will find info about your current balance.

I am logged in and was logged in before (I manually deleted my shipping info). This time I left it in (it auto fills the form with my info) and just blacked it out. As you can see there is nothing under "Payment system" pertaining to the bonus system.

The sale ends tomorrow and I would like to take advantage of this sale. These up to 70% discounts are rare (I just bought the Hawk on sale at 70%!) and the 60% that I'm eligible for here is fantastic! I'm just unable to get the last 20% from the bonus system as is being promoted in this sale.

 

Can any ED staff help me?

I never thought of opening a ticket.

 

Oh well, special is gone, wasn't meant to be. My current modules will keep me occupied for quite a while still.

Try submitting a ticket anyways, never know. I have no control over that stuff, but never hurts to ask, explain the troubles you had, etc... try some puppy dog eyes... yeah just never know :)
