Preferred sound settings

Just wondering which settings people have in their sound preferences? Particularly which one lowers the engine sounds in cockpit?

I always use the "Sound as if wearing helmet" option. Or something like that. More or less. I find it lowers external sounds quite nicely.

 

And if that fails, close the canopy! Just joking, btw.

Same here, I really like that option that ED added and always fly with it enabled now.
