They are AI units, you already have them in your DCS installation. You just can't fly them, but set up dogfights against them in your Mission Editor.

There is an F-16 mod which allows you to fly it, but using one of the FC3 cockpits I believe?

 

There is also a F/A-18, and others too. They're very limited in their scope of course.

Lenux you can find these mods by searching around (>Google >DCS F-16/18/4 mods). Some are ok, some are better. But as said before most are skin mods, so the external is whatever you want but the cockpit is a FC3 aircraft. And I think the same flight model physics apply. For example if you DL an F-4 skin over an F-15 FC3 aircraft, the plane will look like a F-4 but preform the same as the F-15.

 

Also these are user mods, so nothing official. And I would expect to pay for the better/more complete mods as these are typically laborious in nature to create.

I can fly the M2000C but i cannot use the throttle.
