Can't you have them RTB? Then you could land on their wing? But they will probably land centerline so that may not work.

They'll probably detect that there's another aircraft on approach and abort at the last possible moment.

 

This also happens very frequently when AI flights do it. They come in in almost perfect and close formation, and as soon as lead touches down, the wingman goes full burner (when available), gear up, and tight right hand climbing turn. Pretty cool sight, if it was intentional. :D
