Does DCS 1.5 support Nvidia Physx?

I'm using a GTX 750ti. Does DCS 1.5 support Nvidia Physx? If so is it worth enabling?

For the record, it's not supported. :)

It does not provide accurate enough physics that this kind of simulation requires.

ED Doesn't support Proprietary Engines/Technologies.

 

This Includes:

nVidia GameWorks (which Includes PhysX, HairWorks, FaceWorks, Wave Works Etc)

AMD Mantle

AMD OpenSource

 

Etc.

 

To Add to that, GameWorks is nothing more than optimized code for nVidia that cripples AMD Performance (Been Proven 100x over since 2012).

Similar to IntelCompilers Botching AMD Performance.

 

PhysX is a Waste of Coding Time it integrate as it will offer nothing over ED's internal Physics Engine which is stupendously more advanced anyway.

 

It was proprietary visual garbage when it launched via NovodeX, No Better under Ageia, and no better under nVidia.

 

 

Turn it Off, and the Driver will remove the "reserved" section off of your GPU's Processors.

Under the PhysX settings there is no option to turn it off. My options are auto-select (recommended), GeForce GTX 750 Ti, and CPU. So does that mean it runs anyway?

Would you know how to move back to the centre monitor the text you see in the top right corner when calling into the tower or wingmen, etc. Since going to "1" monitor using @ 5040x1050 instead of "3" monitors @ 5040x1050 it has moved to the right monitor. I prefer the effect of "1" monitor using @ 5040x1050.

Don't install drivers. That's it.

 

DCS World is only game that is installed on my computer. If I don't need the PhysX, I do "custom installation" and uncheck PhysX drivers and something there...

Yes that is what Nvidia says to do as well if you don't want it. It does eat frame rate according to Nvidia. So I'll do an uninstall of the PhysX software in add/remove and compare notes.
