bunraku Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 Hi I do lots of PC gaming and lots of variation. I do some flight simming using a joystick and also rudder pedals. However other times i'll do first person shooters and sometimes although not always my character will start spinning or just shoot the gun until the clips empty unless I unplug the things I use for flight simming. This can be a pain as I have to access to the back of my PC and it's not in the most accessible place and also when plugging them back in it goes through all that found new hardware program. Is there any way I can disable/reenable the flight simming stuff through Windows 7?? Thanks __________________
G00dnight Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 Yes. I use Devcon a little prog that disables joysticks etc. or you could buy a switched usb hub. tintifaxl Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 .. or you could buy a switched usb hub. That's what I did and it's really nice to be able to just switch stuff on and off. Windows 10 64bit, Intel i9-9900@5Ghz, 32 Gig RAM, MSI RTX 3080 TI, 2 TB SSD, 43" 2160p@1440p monitor.
dburne Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 Switched hub would certainly be the way to go for convenience. mondaysoff Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 I have just purchased a switched hub and it works like a dream, switches printer and external audio at present.
