Excellent idea FULCRUM Algerian Flight simulation community in DCS is very present.

In reality Algerian Air Force is ranked among the best in the world , power, experience and diversity and I wonder why it is still not present on DCS.

SiTh, DCS AT-27 is coming, it is a Brazilian aircraft, does that make Brazil a country in DCS? I've been asking to myself for a few weeks.. sorry for being off topic..

Fishnuts, thank you too, Algeria uses most of the russian planes on DCS, so we make all available skins we have with some fantaisit to use planes surch as the F-15 and A-10C wich are not used by the Algerian Air Force.

 

Until now we made skins for L-39C/ZA, MiG-15/21/23/23BN/25/25RB/29S, SU-30MKA, Mi-8/24/26, Il-76/78, coming soon skins for the C-130, SU-24, Mi-28 and the L-39ZA from Tiger squadron.

It's true in the way that the AAF have a huge experience in COIN, it made the longest COIN operation in the world since 1991, that's what we can call having experience.

Thank you ED for studying the proposition af adding Algeria as a playable country in DCS !

Indeed, it is the 2nd Army in Africa behind Egypt, and maybe the first one if we consider the equipment's quality (T90, SU27-30MK, SU-34 ordered, S-400, MI-26 etc..)

Furthermore, North Africa became these last years a major strategic region with many conflicts near our borders (Mali, Lybia); There is not a week without the interception of weapons coming into Algeria from these countries.

Lot's of countries would very much like to destabilize the Sahara region to get advantages on the mining wealth of the South of the country.

That's why I think that you should add our coutntry in DCS, it will be logic and more realistic to play, wich is the main goal to me :thumbup:
