q800 Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 I recently installed DCS 2.0 alpha. I have BS2 upgrade. Do i still have to install BS1 to install upgrade? God, i have DCS 1.5 on the same disk in the same Eagle Dynamics folder with activated BS2 upgrade version bounded to the same profile and now i can't install BS2 without BS1 in DCS 2.0. I realy don't know where my older-than-coal BS1 CD with key is.

SkateZilla Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 (edited) the installer will check for BS1 to install BS2U, regardless whether you use an installer or command line install through DCS_updater. You can try manually installing, But its not a supported kethod and may brick your install, 1. Copy KA-50 folder from 1.5 to 2.0, (DCSWorld.Install / mods / aircraft / Ka-50 ) 2. Backup your 2.0 autoupdate.cfg files 3. open it in Notepad++, and in the Modules section add "KA-50bs1", 4. save and close, run repair, and/or update. I cant garauntee this works though.
