Mig-29K for Flaming Cliffs 3 in DCS 2.0?

I was just wondering, if only one more Mig-29 variant could be added to FC3 in DCS 2.0? The naval Mig-29K. I am pretty sure many people would love to fly that off carriers, and I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to add one more variant to the mix?

 

And also if possible, could it have mid air refueling capabilities? :D

This arised many times, but I think ED already confirmed no more FC3 level planes from them, so I really doubt we will ever see a MiG-29K.

Even if ED would take into account to produce a seperate module the question would be how much is known about the 29K that can be used for flight modeling, avionics and weapon systems.

Since it has new engines, colour mfd's, a new radar (with terrain mapping) and the ability to carry reconnaissance pods it would be a huge amount of work (if even possible) to get this done right.

For a reason I don't understand, the russian military is less chat happy then their counterparts in the west when it goes into detail :music_whistling:
