Wouldn't it be cool if the gun camera would store pictures/video in a folder on the local harddrive?

Together with an option of b & w or color film, It can be used both for recon and gunnery with L-39, MiG-15 and F-86F. Anyone knows if this feature being looked at?

It's called a screenshot and it already works, you can convert them to B&W in most any image editor. Why would ED bother to do anymore within the sim?

Yes, it'd be a great idea. I was a little surprised/disappointed when I went looking for saved gun camera pictures and couldn't find them.

That is a good question. Perhaps those resources should have been applied elsewhere.

Sure, implementing a graphics manipulation algorithms to 3D game, or how to take screenshots and split them out to specific directory.

 

After all it is just an simulation and not a simulator.
