When I hear something like "Over Bullseye 200 for 3" I'm stuck. I dial in "200" for longitude but get a CDU error. Putting in "3" for latitude gives 03*00. So could some one give me the correct format please.

200 for 3 is an offset, not a coordinate.

 

It means radial 200, distance 3Nm from a point, usually Bullseye.

 

You must go to Cdu, Offset page, enter Reference Point and then radial and miles.

 

Take a look at manual, CDU offset section
