Headwarp Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 AFAIK as long as you hold the first stage of the trigger and guns are armed, PAC 1 is keeping your nose steady for a gun run. Even if you hit other buttons, unless they're assigned as a modifier. I don't know that there's anyway assign a "clickable" snap view... but if you're really struggling with it.. I completely recommend a head tracking device. But IMO - when I have PAC1 armed it's because I intend to BRRRRRRRRRT something so I'm generally focused right on my x-hair. Sokol1_br Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 (edited) You can. See this PeterP "how to". http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=79705 If you dont have programable HOTAS use Joy2Key and use the functions "on press" and "on release" to the snap view shortcut (help remap this for single key, dont using modifiers). Will be more easy if instead Snap View use for example the ZOOM keys (not ZOOM slow - this require press and hold for some time). On press ZOOM max, on release ZOOM minimum. This dont this prevents not use other command (key/button) at the same time. Edited March 21, 2016 by Sokol1_br
Sryan Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 is it possible you had your airbrakes extended during your pass? PAC doesn't work with the brakes out. Check my F-15C guide
