Hi all,

I find I need to replace my TM Warthog joystick. TM says that they cannot fix it for several months due to lack of parts.

So, for the price of a new TM joystick, I can purchase the complete X-55. I never used the Target software so I am wondering if, within DCS, I can simply assign my bindings with the X-55 as I did with the TM product without having to resort to the Saitek software.

Any insights would be appreciated.

Thanks :joystick:

The only limits would be some of the rotaries and the "Mode" switch. But if you only want to run the A-10C you can easily do it with one mode. Check out Shein's profile here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=120911

You can see it is very close to what the Warthog uses.

IMO - buy a $30 logitech extreme 3d pro (especially if your throttle still works) and get by with it until TM can send you whatever replacement parts you need. Saitek might be more affordable than a Warthog but their quality control is questionable.

There's the CH fighter stick which is pretty much the exact stick made out of plastic without the pinky flapper.
