Hey everyone - i'm encountering a strange graphical bug, and I'm hoping someone will just be able to say "just change [x] dumb bumb" and it'll get fixed :smartass:

I've been flying around in the NTTR for a while and everything has been great, smooth sailing all around. However today I created a small mission and when the game loaded, the ground was all white and blurred! I loaded a couple more scenarios and aircraft and all had the same effect. I've attached a couple screenshots.

Any ideas? Do you need my specs or other information? please let me know.

Cheers!

-Daniel

Have you recently installed any terrain mods?

Try running a repair.

nope, no mods at all. its all been working fine until i started a new game today. nothing's changed that i know of. was going to do a re-install only as a last resort since this game is so frickin' massive. thought someone may have seen this before and know what to do

A repair is not a reinstall. Try a repair first.

i did a repair through the command prompt, it did a quick download of a small file and said repair complete. just popped open my last mission and its back to it's old self.

thanks!

Snipped:

Try running a repair.

In Windows 7, for example, go to:

Start Button/ All Programs/ Eagle dynamics/ DCS World 2 OpenAlpha/ Repair DCS World 2 OpenAlpha

This will run a check to confirm that all the correct files are there and will archive ones that shouldn't be there.
