hughlb Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 Does anyone know how to achieve the handheld camera effect used by the Virtual Blue Angels? It's convincing in giving the footage a realistic quality, and I'd like to achieve it with the F3 flypast view. hughlb Posted April 19, 2016 Author Posted April 19, 2016 (edited) EDIT: Rectified the issue below - I made sure I zeroed out the CameraFloat(t) numbers. Thanks SkateZilla and VBDJT_Viper, I've tried both suggestions, but I'm having trouble getting the effect to work. Basically, both after enabling Shift+J by default, and after copy+pasting the "Airshow Camera Shake" code I get the following: The camera position itself moves in big sweeping arcs, but the aircraft stays smooth and central in the frame. Any idea why this is happening? Eight Ball Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 That's weird, I've just tried it and it works like a charm. I've attached 2 "JSGME ready" folders if you want to give it a try.Camera Shake - Handheld.zipCamera Shake - Smooth.zip Find The Links To All My Mods And Liveries Here (in the gallery)
