Virtual Blue Angels - Handheld Camera Effect

Does anyone know how to achieve the handheld camera effect used by the Virtual Blue Angels? It's convincing in giving the footage a realistic quality, and I'd like to achieve it with the F3 flypast view.

Free Cam View, Lock An Aircraft w/ Numpad ".", Enable Camera Shake.

EDIT: Rectified the issue below - I made sure I zeroed out the CameraFloat(t) numbers.

Thanks SkateZilla and VBDJT_Viper, I've tried both suggestions, but I'm having trouble getting the effect to work. Basically, both after enabling Shift+J by default, and after copy+pasting the "Airshow Camera Shake" code I get the following: The camera position itself moves in big sweeping arcs, but the aircraft stays smooth and central in the frame. Any idea why this is happening?
