Hi,

Everytime I exit the game I get the "DCS has stoped working" error message. No crashes during the gameplay.

Tried some dll's for ati cards but then my client wont ever start without crashing.

So no.

Nevermind.

Aries is a comms program for DCS and can cause that on exit.

Yeah, I think it's a common problem after you have run a mission twice, or twice from the editor.

At least I remember seeing something about it here a while back. I also experience the problem.

I experience this almost every time I exit the game after being in the Mission Editor. I have found that if I mess around with the GUI a little bit after leaving the Mission Editor, such as going into settings for a minute or two, it sometimes does not give me that error when I exit the game. Regardless, it is a very minor issue since it occurs after exiting and not while in the game. I think that I have also read somewhere in here that this is tied to the use of the ME and I would agree with that. I never experience this after leaving a MP session or a SP session where I did not use the Mission Editor.

I opened a ticket with ED about it some time ago. They took all of my reports, specs, and so on. They later came back and told me that they had no clue as to why it was happening. They also said that it wasn't a common problem but I have overwhelmingly heard the contrary (nothing personal ED, it's just a fact).

It's just a minor irritation and it's obviously not a problem with my system so I'm not all that concerned about it.

I'm having this too, but only since the latest 1.5 open beta update.

I've never used the mission editor.

It's curious, but no big deal.
