No startup smoke???

I've seen lots of videos of actual Mustangs starting up their engines, and there is always a gush of gray smoke that blows from the exhaust when the engine begins to fire. Why doesn't DCS have this? Are Eagle Dynamics aware of this issue? If not, their in the Stone Age in the department of YouTube, or are they working on it? This is rather annoying me, because I'd love to see the plane have a "Poof!" on startup, but...there isn't. :wallbash:

Yeah I agree that would be a nice touch. I also wish chocks were a standard for all DCS aircraft but mostl for the prop planes

How many times did I mentions this, i forgot the count. You think anyone listened?

It seemed like an easy enough feature, FS98 had it some 20 years ago...

I bought another mustang for another sim (wont' say which, last time i got a warning from the mod), just to do startups and enjoy the smoke and sputtering ;)

Apart from that I agree, smoke and even fire from exhaust during startup would be a nice feature.

And to have to ask for chucks to be removed before taxiing, fine with me too. :)

 

Actually more ground ops all around, to make it more lively on the airfields would be nice.

But maybe it will come with the carrier ops and can develop from there.
