jasonstory44 Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 Two questions...I'm trying to get my setup and cockpit fine tuned. First, can somebody point me to the camera controls so I can adjust the default view? And two, is there a good explanation of the different views, both cockpit and external, so I can try and map them to some keys? I see people on youtube switch to excellent weapons and target views but can't seem to get them with the default F1-F12 setup. Thanks, Jason Win 10 Pro, Intel i9 9900k overclocked to 5.1 (water cooled), 64 gb Corsair Dominator platinum RAM (3444 MHz) Titan RTX overclocked and water cooled 1.1 TB SSD 2 TB M.2 SSD TM Warthog Stick and throttle MFG Crosswinds Reverb VR Buttkicker LFE, SimShaker, Jetseat. Eihort Posted May 9, 2016 Posted May 9, 2016 Just go to the controls section in options. The camera controls have their own sub-section, including the ones you seem to be missing as those use modifier keys.

jasonstory44 Posted May 9, 2016 Author Posted May 9, 2016 Thanks Guys! dallas48 Posted May 9, 2016 Posted May 9, 2016 There are also some pretty usefull settings in the options menu, (where you set-up your controls) like the zoom view, view weapons, ect.
ApoNOOB Posted May 9, 2016 Posted May 9, 2016 The camera view that follows (like F2 view) a fired weapon is F6, but only works AFTER a weapon has been fired and the external views need to be activated in the options.
jasonstory44 Posted May 10, 2016 Author Posted May 10, 2016 Is it usual for the follow weapon camera to go back to cockpit view when dropping a cluster bomb and it disperses? I never see it reach the actual target. Win 10 Pro, Intel i9 9900k overclocked to 5.1 (water cooled), 64 gb Corsair Dominator platinum RAM (3444 MHz) Titan RTX overclocked and water cooled 1.1 TB SSD 2 TB M.2 SSD TM Warthog Stick and throttle MFG Crosswinds Reverb VR Buttkicker LFE, SimShaker, Jetseat. Sryan Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 yes it is unfortunatly. There used to be a 3D representation of cluster bombs. But clusterbombs are taxing enough on perfomance as they are already. Maybe someday we see the return of the 3D representation. Old video of the submunitions dispensor at work on a Ka-50 Check my F-15C guide
