there's a lot of good ideas in the community that i know it probably won't make it to the final product. But since Lock on ends with black shark, i hope ED release some sort of tools for us to add models or cool features on our own.

This has been talked about a -long- time ago.

Basically, Ubi own the Lock On name. They've paid up ro whatever for two addons, or something like that - I don't know the details.

 

After that, no more Lock On (but since Ubi only own the name, only the name goes away)

Its cool to see Ed is finally getting to modeling people, Nice legs on that Female pilot with the black platform shoes, and putting out a cigarett after the flight as a nice touch (LOL).....

man...I really hope ED uses a new efficient engine for LO's succesor. Something like the BOB2 engine from oleg maddox. High detail...yet plausable.

Sure.. from Flanker 1.0 to FC 1.2, it takes in avg. more cannon ammo to shot down an a/c than to destroy a tank.

Bomb's and rocket's fragments & pressure lethality zone is, despite some very small adjustments in FC, still too small.
