Are those all done in Photoshop 9 with the default layers and filters? How did you get that white glare effect?

Thank you, I used corel photto paint 11, and that white glare effect is made by plastic tool and than added some camera effects.

I think photoshop is maybe better in some tools but Corel is more userfriendly and when you want to start to do some edited pictures, than Corel is software, where you will start and after few mins you are ablo to create some nice photos.
