So not sure what the cockpit layout is based on, but the in this December 44 K4 manual the following switches are swapped. The function of switch 15 (DCS)/ 26 (manual) is also a bit different.

I should have posted this link as well. Very good info, which shows a MW50 switch installed on top in a single switch configuration. There is also an original photo of a captured K4 with the MW50 switch in the lower position.

There is not quiet sure how the Production layout look because there nearly no k4 cockpit photo and different of late war equipment to push production line forward with all available Parts.

There was two different Gear push button layouts old and new, gear lamps with two green and two red and DCS style with 3 lamps.

And also on your button 26 you see two stars where they write at the End of the Paper not for series Production because Gr.21 was not in use any more.

you can found on this Site many late war spare Parts.

DCS cockpit is build on a preproduction 109 so far I remember the only available Pictures. There is no wrong cockpit layout in 1945 :)

For some reason there are many spelling mistakes in that diagram... It is an original though. Fürerraum, Entfeineruna? I cant tell you why. Well my point is the early production models with Werfer 21 support had the MW switch below in the sources I know of. Later types didnt have these switches at all.

Maybe a bit off topic, but "wa(a)gerecht" is spellt with two a. What's the reason for the misspelling because in the original picture it also seems like it's written with just one?

Yes, the word has two "a" but seems was "shortened" in the cockpit label due space restrictions, so the in game label is correctly.

Same doubt happen with Bf 109 F-4 in IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad.

wagerecht is the correct spelling at that time.

Only after the war from late 50ties on ,

Duden (THE german spelling encyclopedia) lists waagerecht as correct spelling.

Wagerecht is found in many contemporary documents throughout the 20ies till 40ties that I came across.
