In the 'Saved Games' folder is it possible to add folders that were not DCS created in order to add customized mod files? Will DCS recognize these newly created folder/files before looking at the main DCS directory?

Thank you.

Yes, as long as You use correct foler tree structure. Some people use this method for custom skins, I use it for custom label files etc. I don't know, however, how many and how big mods You can put there.

Thanks for the reply. Do these files get checked by the multi-player file integrity system. I ask because I have a couple of moded files in the main DCS folders that don't pass inspection and I thought by moving them to the 'Saved Games' folder they might be overlooked.

I've not tried, but the recommendation for changes to view files which are currently running afoul of the new system has indeed been to move them into Saved Games, so one would assume it's all okay.

Thanks I will give it a try and report back.

These 2 files will not be recognized when file/folder structure is copied and put into Saved Games.

C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Scripts\Aircrafts\_Common\Cockpit\

After reading some posts on the subject I realize I'm not alone. This new anti-cheat security feature is very strict, it won't allow for customization of your views.

Is there the ability to turn this off by the server host as I don't see this enabled with all the servers?
