iVVChewy9141VVi Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 I went into the Virtual Aerobatics server with just 3 people and I noticed some freezes/lap spikes. I don't have this problem with single player at all. Is anyone else getting this? Thanks Internet speed is 60MB Download 90MB Upload
Shadow_1stVFW Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 (edited) What you're experiencing is a part of the multi player experience. Your download is kind of low. You'll probably see this on busy servers a lot. iVVChewy9141VVi Posted September 4, 2016 Author Posted September 4, 2016 (edited) NVM. Just didn't expect even with 3 players to be this low Edited September 4, 2016 by iVVChewy9141VVi
Shadow_1stVFW Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 Multi player. Typo. But your computer talking to the server talking to their computer. Which is telling your computer what they are doing. Sometimes the system hiccups. Which causes lag. iVVChewy9141VVi Posted September 4, 2016 Author Posted September 4, 2016 Ummm, 60 Megabytes Per Second? I don't know if your playing with me or not?
doodenkoff Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 Ummm, 60 Megabytes Per Second? I don't know if your playing with me or not? Your throughput numbers should be expressed as "megabits". Also, testing your own network capacity and speed is a good start, but might not reflect the quality of the connection to the server, or other participants. Sorry about that Speed test had a stupid mistyping on there speed test it was a capital "B" which stands for Megabyte. Didn't realize right away that's why I said that. Reported a error to them and now its back to lower case "b" which means megabits. Sorry about that What is your ping to the server? I will have to look. I was in a server with 10 people with not as much lag. Maybe it could be because of all the refueling and other stuff plus what the other planes are doing. Thanks for the help guys
dabomb Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 60Mbps = 7.5MBps (in case anyone was curious)
iVVChewy9141VVi Posted September 4, 2016 Author Posted September 4, 2016 (edited) After doing some testing I found a bug that has been reported by many with the F-5 and M2000C with the radar causing lag Edited September 4, 2016 by iVVChewy9141VVi
