Go to settings. It's the cog on the top left of the screen. Go to controls in the menu. Select the aircraft you wish to set controls for in the drop down menu (in your case the SU-25T). After that set the second drop down menu to "axis commands". Now locate the "thrust" control and click "add". Move your thrust slider on your joystick (full range). You should now see it displayed (for example: "Y axis"). Click ok and your setting is saved.
