Fred00 Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Recently I had the activation issue with the Mig-21. Problem is that when I have ran the registry fix I need my serial key, and I don't have it. I bought the Mig-21 for Steam, but I have since then switched to stand alone DCS version. I have uninstalled the Steam version of DCS so how can I get my key back? Do I have to buy the module again?:helpsmilie:
Art-J Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 You never need to buy any module again, as by default You get 10 activations at the beginning and even if You use them up, they get replenished later. In standalone version, You can check Your license key anytime on ED website, I don't know where you can do it in Steam though. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
Frederf Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 You should be able to access your CD key through Steam even without DCSW installed as long as it's in your library. Steam Library LINKS (on the right, blue text) CD Key This should pop up all keys associated with DCSW as owned in Steam in a dialog box.
Fred00 Posted September 19, 2016 Author Posted September 19, 2016 Thank you very much guys! I solved it with your help. :)
