Multiplayer noob question

Sorry for the stupidity,

 

I've logged on to the NTTR multiplayer servers and either there are no weapons loaded on the f15, there is no one else there, or its locked and I can't fly.

 

How does one find and team up with other players ???

Either you are on empty Server

 

or

 

on a server where you can't load weapons

 

or

 

on a server where you want to fly a plane which you don't have

Hi HoYa...the NTTR has been historically less populated than the Caucasus map (DCS 1.5.)

I think we'll see a little more action there with the new airfields but these things take time. :)
