Fine Tuning Control Surfaces

What is the best way to fine tune the control surface movement?

 

At the moment, I easliy depart controlled flight with the slightest of joystick control input. Im just hoping to dull the controls some.

Have you checked your elevator trim?

Adjust S curve in axis tuning to ~30% for X, Y axis.
